Mushroom Inoculation Community Day

We will be growing shiitake, lions mane, turkey tail and oyster mushrooms as one of our stacked enterprises here at Bryn Cynefin.

This first part of the process takes a lot of time and preparation. Having the help of friends has been invaluable. We are still plugging away with another 100 logs to inoculate over the next week or so.

Now, we just have to trust that they will grow!! It could be 18 months or more until we see the first fruits...
